Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@kmpictures.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products such as special orders or family and personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Should you notify us that the goods are defective or misdescribed, we shall refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs from selecting a different type of delivery than the standard, cost-effective shipping we offer) promptly. You must return the goods to us.

Goods that can be returned as packages must be returned at your risk. Please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is will protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material.

Goods that cannot be returned as packages will be picked up from your address. To ensure quick processing, please call our hotline in advance. This is not obligatory.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Costs of returning products
We shall bear the costs for returning goods if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

                                                                                                                            

Refund policy for KM PARTNER Program only.
Registered partners can apply for 60 day returns on unsold inventory only after reorder bulk purchase. we will arrange to refund you 70% of unsold items.

Price
The price of the products is set out in the current price list available for viewing at www.kmpictures.com, as shown within the order process. We may change the price list for future orders without prior notification to you.

Licence and and third party rights.
We shall assume that you hold all necessary property rights (including all intellectual property rights) with respect to your works free of all encumbrances from third parties and you hold licence of "photos that are uploaded for print order".

Guaranteed colour stability.
After one year of purchase up to 50 years if there is any noticeable change in the colour of the image, for example, fade one of the colour or (Creation of large pale spots in the image by the UV sun net ) you can request a repair or replacement the image's sheet of product. 
Note that this decision is for the use of the product indoors.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
